  Hotel is placed not so far from wonderful beach Playa El Duke. Delicious food, clean and spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff. There are several pools on the hotel area, and you can use pool near the Riu Palace Hotel.

  There are no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which is inconvenient to us as we like to start our day with a hot drink before showering and dressing for breakfast.

  I have never ever been to a 4 star hotel in my life and been treated so well on arrival you sit down you have a nice glass of calling drink given to you then somehow you feel like a VIP I can't really say much else but I would definitely recommend this hotel to a couple or some friends who want to go to Tenerife for a nice holiday the staff are so so friendly they really are always smiling no job is too big not too hard for them always smiling and willing to help you out thank you so much for such a lovely holiday.

  Lovely hotel and staff. The only thing that could of been better was the bathroom facilities - stopped in many Riu hotels and had beautiful fluffy towels, the quality of the towels and size could of been better and was quite dissapointing. Plus no extras in the way of toiletries only soap and shower gel.
